Granite

Granite forms from magma with a high content of silica and alkali metal oxides that slowly cools and solidifies underground. 

Granite Slabs are time tested and great for countertops. They are strong while being heat and scratch resistant. However most lighter colored granite slabs should be sealed to avoid any staining.
